One empire. Many surfaces. Built in days, not quarters.
From a handyman brand on one corner of the High Country to a 30-site live portfolio spanning AI research, daily briefings, crypto dashboards, minerals field guides and more — every surface is a working artifact, not a mockup. This is the live snapshot of the build, served at the speed of a single page load.

The deck is one page. Every metric, every surface, every cadence note — on a single scroll, in a single magazine-dispatch format. The number that matters is the streak: 62 days of consecutive build waves, with 181+ subagents dispatched in parallel and 90+ HTML variants shipped. Below is the live snapshot, pulled from the empire's own services.

A non-exhaustive list of the surfaces that earn their place in the deck. Each is a live, working artifact, not a mockup.
Surface 01
Handyman brand
BE Repaired — High Country NC. 16 SOWs shipped, client PDF pipeline + admin web editor. Live. The first B3RT business with a real client and a real paying pipeline.
Surface 02
Sparkling Solutions
CRM + booking system + landing page. Telegram bot live. Leeann's business, fully wired. The empire pattern proven to ship a real cleaning business end-to-end.
Surface 03
AI Research Lab
147 experiments shipped. Frontier AI experiments shipped as live pages + API surfaces. Self-evolution runs on three volumes, end-to-end pipeline verified.
Surface 04
Empire Edge
Live daily-edge feed — pulse, quota tips, cron health. Stays current or stays down. The fastest read on the empire's shape, served at the edge.
Surface 05
Empire Audio
TTS-rendered daily briefings. On-this-day + quota nudge. Voice clone in production. The empire's one-paragraph spoken dispatch, refreshed once per session.
Surface 06
Knowledge Graph
15,622 entities, 244,271 edges. GraphRAG + Leiden communities. Hybrid retrieval live. The empire's memory, queryable across the entire surface fleet.
Build cadence
The wave is the unit of work. Six to ten minutes per wave, three subagents in parallel, three artifacts shipped (or attempted). The cadence holds because the gates are tight — every shipped artifact has a health endpoint, a port lease, or a manifest line that lights up when the work is done.
Wave pattern
3 subagents × 3 different targets, ~6–10 min/wave. The pattern is the same one used for every empire surface since March 2026.
Throughput
181+ subagents dispatched, 90+ HTML variants shipped, 56 content packs landed. The dispatch-to-shipped ratio is roughly 3:1 — every third subagent produces something that sticks.
Default model
MiniMax-M3 default · Grok 4.5 fallback · Ornith 35B local for self-evolution experiments. The model stack is the only thing that changes between waves; the pattern does not.
Deploy path
GitHub Pages + Cloudflare Pages + local FastAPI services. Three deploy targets, three sets of gates, one operator-side roll-out procedure.
The stack
Surfaces80 live across 11 b3rt.dev subs + 11 empire services.
Cronsempire-briefing, perpetual-burn, second-brain ingest, phalanx watch, BE supervisor.
StorageSQLite KG, OKF bundles, FastAPI admin panels with stdlib sqlite3.
Security6/6 OWASP headers on all 7 local services, empire-grade CSP, secrets-v2 audit clean.

A build deck is a working artifact, not a slide deck. The numbers are live; the cadence is the story.
